Hi, I’m Dr. Katie Murphy,

and I help Christian women 30 and up who want to break free from exhaustion, feel confident in their bodies again, and create sustainable health habits that honor both their faith and their season of life.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many women in my practice and coaching groups– and I’ve seen the same themes come up again and again: low energy, hormone chaos, emotional exhaustion and overwhelm, and a deep sense of disconnect from the body and spirit. 

My coaching exists to change that. I work with faithful, capable women who love others well but struggle to care for themselves with the same intention.

Flourish Health Coaching offers a path forward for these women to reconnect with their health– not out of vanity, but out of stewardship, strength, and joy.

Why do I need to apply?

Your application for my coaching program ensures that your goals align with my holistic, grace-filled coaching approach.

What if I can't make every live coaching call?

No problem! All group calls are recorded and shared privately with your cohort, so you can catch up anytime. Many women participate fully even with a busy or changing schedule.

I’ve tried different programs before and didn’t stick with them. What makes this different?

Flourish is built on progress, not perfection — and you won’t be left to figure it out alone. Each week includes live discussion, real-time support, mindset coaching, and prayer. Our small-group format ensures you feel seen, encouraged, and supported every step of the way.

I’m not very “fit” or health-savvy. Will I be behind?

Not at all. You don’t need to be at a certain level to start. Whether you’re totally new to health habits or just need a reset, everything is taught in simple, encouraging steps. No judgement– just progress at your pace.

How big of a time commitment is the program each week?

Plan for about 75-90 minutes per week, including your video lesson, coaching call, and action step. It’s a low time investment with a high return. Everything is designed to fit into real-life rhythms– we’ll create habits that fit into your life instead of feeling like another thing on your to-do list.

Can I do the program from anywhere?

Absolutely! Flourish is completely online. Coaching calls are hosted on Zoom, and all materials are shared digitally. All you need is internet access and a mind ready to grow.

Will we talk about hormones or supplements?

Yes! Weeks 9 & 12 include teaching on female hormones and how they impact health, gut health, and foundational supplements that can support your health - always presented with education and personal choice, not pressure. You'll learn how your body works and how to support it.

How much does the program cost?

Program pricing and options are shared during your free Discovery Call. There are flexible payment plans available, and because group size is limited, the Discovery Call ensures it's a good mutual fit before enrolling.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

At the end of the program, you'll walk away with a clear personal health plan, a better understanding of your body, and deeper trust in yourself. Many women continue using the tools and practices from the Flourish Method long after the 12 weeks are over. In addition, you will be offered the opportunity to continue coaching with us, if it's a good fit.

Do I need to buy special supplements or products to succeed?

No - while we'll talk about supplements and health products, they're not required to complete the program or experience lasting transformation in your health. You'll receive honest education so you can make informed decisions that align with your body, budget, and goals.

How is this different from doing it on my own with books or podcasts?

Information is everywhere, but transformation happens in community with support. With Flourish, you don't just learn - you apply. You're coached through resistance, encouraged when motivation dips, and surrounded by women walking a similar path. That structure and support are what turn intentions into lasting change.
